Abstract

This research analyzed various tools to evaluate progress in in university inclusion. A systematic scoping review was carried out, following PRISMA-ScR guidelines. The initial search yielded 1249 documents were reduced to 22. Data showed that 45.5% assess inclusion exclusively for the student body, while 36% do so for all members of the whole university community. Of the tools used, 68.2% are questionnaires, although only 22.7% show evidence of validity. It is essential that universities implement inclusion self-assessment processes. An inclusive approach must evolve towards a more comprehensive evaluation and transversal perspective, encompassing all members of the university community.
