Abstract

This paper assesses whether psychological well-being (PWB) is linked to Academic Self-Regulation (ASR) and Temporal Orientation (TO) in university students, since the link between these three variables has not been jointly analyzed. Three instruments were applied. Descriptive data shows differences according to gender, and also reveals that past- negative data in women had negative correlation with all PWB factors. In contrast, men only showed negative correlation in 4 factors. Taking TO towards future as a ASR predicting variable in multiple regression analysis is suggested.
