Validity and reliability of the scale of Organizational Support Perceived in Spanish with university professors

Abstract
The objective of the research was to validate the psychometric properties of the abbreviated version of the perceived organizational support questionnaire, in its translation and adaptation to Spanish in a higher level educational context, through a confirmatory factor analysis. The study had a quantitative approach with a non-experimental correlational design, it was carried out in four Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Mexico, 349 research professors were selected. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was performed to determine the psychometric properties of the instrument. The empirical strength of the proposed model is confirmed from the results.
