Abstract

In the context of the reduction of database subscriptions in the country's public universities, the study shows a comparative analysis between students and teachers on the use of the university library's digital and printed services and resources for academic purposes, as well as the reasons, strategies, and frequency of search. The data was obtained through online forms. The results indicate a differentiated behavior between teachers and students when consulting information, both in the face-to-face visit to the library and in the consultation of the digital platform.
