Social Inclusion in Higher Education: a systematic review of the affirmative action program PACE for the access of vulnerable students to university
Main Article Content
Abstract
The PACE Program is an affirmative action that seeks to restore the Chilean educational right. Through a systematic review, the aspects of the PACE Program empirically investigated in the stages of university access and accompaniment are reported. Using keywords and ad hoc Boolean operators, the SciELO, Scopus and Google Scholar databases are explored. A positive evaluation of the PACE has been found, a tendency towards quantitative descriptive analyses, published between 2017-2022 and a predominance of the study of the accompaniment stage. The reduced approach to access is observed, and the importance of carrying out monitoring and improvement processes for the Program.
