Curriculum by capabilities: Curricular options at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras

Abstract
This article attempts to revalue the use and purposes of the curriculum vitae in higher education, both in its instrumental nature in the teaching-learning process (educational and vocational), and its promise to contribute to national transformation. The proposal is the transversality of curricular options that resize the educational profile, from academic objectives, work skills and human capacities for life. Higher education has been docile to the demands of the labor market, whose option and justification of the academic offer is economic growth, forgetting the tragic social exclusion, the sorrows of poverty and the desire for "unfulfilled development".
