The history of Universidad de Chile during the Cold War: A systematic revision (2011-2022)

Abstract

The proposal of this article is a systematic revision of the research works about the history of Universidad de Chile during the Cold War period published in the last ten years (2011-2022). The objective is to identify the historiographic tendences about the studies regarding Universidad de Chile in the current days, the areas that have the hegemony of the investigative production, and the challenges that appear when studying universitary institutions. Through a thematic content analysis, a revision of magazines (WOS, SCOPUS, ERIHPLUS, SCIELO), degree thesis repositories of Chilean universities, books and certain chapters of books related to this topic externally refered, through determined exclusion and inclusion criteria.
