Educational vulnerability related to online class as an emerging process

Abstract

In March 2020, the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen entered in virtual mode due to the confinement caused by the Covid 19, bringing to the table topics related to technological literality, students access to join their classes. The objective of this study is to determine the academic conditions that students of the Natural Sciences Faculty face in their day to day in this new experience. The vulnerabilities found show us a complete picture of the situation. The items to answer the research are divided into categories: student characterization, technological resources, among others. The answers show that most of them have the infrastructure to take online classes. However, vulnerable groups may have a different experience.
